Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or edit your shipment until our warehouse begins to prepare your shipment. Unfortunately, after our warehouse begins preparing your shipment your order can no longer be cancelled or edited.

Notes:

  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
  • If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
  • Express Shipping orders will be shipped by USPS, DHL, or FedEx and International Orders will be shipped by your domestic couriers depending on your country and region.
  • Some of our products are shipped locally within the US, and some of them are from our international warehouses in Hong Kong via secured shipping and handling.
  • We ship internationally to all major countries and all orders are entitled for free shipping without any minimum purchase.
  • We will send you the tracking number of your orders to the e-mail provided once your order is dispatched. If you’re not able to track with the tracking number provided, please do not hesitate to contact us at hi@dokv.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Please note that the tracking information will only be displayed after it’s synced and updated successfully to the system. Please give it some time and track again later.
