The infrared TDP lamp applied new heating technology (rare earth low resistance heating technology). Instead of traditional heating wire, the heating wire is sintered in the ceramic plate, which is not easy to oxidize and has a longer lifespan of up to 5000 hrs without breaking down, no need to replace and a mineral plate (no light bulb needed). The mineral plate (7.87″diameter) emits far infrared rays with 2.5~13.5μm wavelength when heated. And the plate is uneven, it is in pagoda(3T multimodal). It has the characteristics of gentle heating, larger irradiation and deep penetration.

Durable Heating Plate
Nichrome wire is an ideal resistance wire, because it has relatively high resistance and forms an adherent layer of chromium oxide when heated for the first time. Ceramic offers outstanding thermal conductivity because it offers more resistance to current.
The nichrome wire is sintered in the special ceramic plate, and the heating wire is not exposed, no fracture and antioxidative. It can work continuously for more than 5,000 hours without replacement.
Dismountable Design
The treatment head can be replaceable, it’s convenient to use.
Anti-scalding Protection
Added anti-scalding isolation column to assure the temperature on the skin surface is around 40°C (104°F), which is the best temperature for safe absorption by tissues. The maximum temperature for long-term irradiation should not exceed 46.5°C (116°F).
